This past spring, Coach LaFayette Stewart and several of our football players from Woodmont High, Woodmont Middle and Ralph Chandler Middle School traveled to Charlotte and Atlanta to participate in the 2013 Nike SPARQ Combines.

Prospects from the Class of 2014 and beyond look to get a head start on the competition. SPARQ competitors are tested in the 40-yard dash, 20-yard shuttle, vertical jump and kneeling power ball throw and also receive a SPARQ Rating.

Here are the links from this spring’s combines.

Atlanta

More than 1,730 athletes gathered Saturday, March 2, at Lakewood Stadium for the Atlanta stop of the Nike Football SPARQ Combine tour, making it the largest Nike combine in history despite the freezing temperatures. Here is a look at the 25 standout performers who make up the Atlanta All-Combine team.

More than 1,200 athletes from 14 states made their way to Hough High School just outside of Charlotte looking to prove they have what it takes to get to the next level. Here is a look at the 25 standout performers who make up the Charlotte Nike SPARQ All-Combine Team.
